You will contribute tofact-based decision making,transparent performance tracking, and the embedding of a strongexecution and performance cultureacross the organization.Your Qualifications and SkillsBachelor’s degree with a strong record of academic achievement. 8+ years of experience primarily in industry (consulting acceptable but not the primary focus). Experience leading commercial and/or cost transformation programs, delivering measurable revenue growth and sustainable cost optimization impact. Demonstrated track record in customer acquisition, sales growth, and/or cost reduction (OPEX, CAPEX, COGS) with validated P&L impact. Strong business and financial acumen, including performance improvement, cost baseline definition, and value delivery. Experience operating in B2B and/or B2C environments across commercial and operational functions. Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive accountability, alignment, and execution in complex transformations. Action-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities and hands-on execution mindset. Experience working in cross-functional, performance-driven environments. Strong communication skills in English and local office language(s). Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
