- Strong Print Design Skills: You will be responsible for creating original prints that resonate with children’s fashion, ensuring that each design is age-appropriate, playful, and unique.
- Independent Time Management: You must be able to organise and prioritise multiple design projects, working to tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of creativity and attention to detail.
- Multitasking and Collection Management: The role requires handling multiple collections at once, including seasonal and licensed collections, each with specific design requirements and timelines.

- Sampling and Revisions: Oversee the sampling process, ensuring that prototypes match your designs. Make any necessary adjustments to fit, style, and quality before final approval.
- Collaboration with Team: Beyond your specific design duties, you’ll collaborate with the marketing and retail teams as necessary to ensure design consistency across all product ranges, helping bring a cohesive brand vision to life across both online and in-store experiences.
