Factory Floor Operative

Based in Balyartella, Nenagh, County Tipperary, we specialise in crafting high-quality fabrics, scarves, throws, and headwear, With over 130 years of heritage, we continue to serve customers across Ireland and around the world.

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Factory Floor Operative. This is a hands-on role focused on preparing finished goods for dispatch while supporting general production activities.

• Prepare customer orders accurately for dispatch
• Roll and package pieces of fabric
• Prepare pallets for shipments
• Inspect fabrics prior to dispatch
• Use computer systems, including Intact ERP (training provided)
• Unload and load deliveries from trucks
• Support general factory floor and production tasks as required
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment

Physical Requirements:
- This is a hands-on role requiring regular physical activity, including lifting and moving stock, standing for extended periods, and preparing orders. Candidates should be comfortable performing manual tasks throughout the working day.

General Requirements

• Role requires physical work
• Good attention to detail
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn
• Forklift licence is desirable but not essential
