Construction Site Operative

We are seeking a motivated Roofing Site Operative to join our team. This role mainly covers projects across County Cork and County Waterford, traveling daily from our company base in the Youghal area. You will work alongside experienced co-workers to install and detail modern roofing systems. No certifications are required to apply. Full, comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Roof Installation: Build up high-quality PVC flat roofs.

Detailing Work: Execute metal and PVC roof detailing.

Site Prep: Prepare surfaces and handle necessary roofing materials.

Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, safe working environment.

Teamwork: Collaborate closely with experienced site mentors.

Requirements \& Qualifications

Language: Basic knowledge of English or Polish is required.

Driving: Driving is not necessary as you travel from the company base.

Licence: A Category B driving licence is a distinct advantage.

Experience: Previous construction or roofing experience is an advantage but not required.

Mobility: Ability to commute to our base in the Youghal area for daily transit.

Pay Rate: Starting wages from €15.00 per hour for inexperienced candidates.

Schedule: Monday to Friday schedule with no weekend work.
