Export Coordinator

Job Purpose

DP World is seeking an experienced Export Coordinator to join our Global Freight team, based in Docklands, VIC. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end export operations for key customers, ensuring shipments are processed accurately and delivered in line with operational deadlines. Additionally, you will coordinate bookings, shipment processing, transport movements, documentation, invoicing and reporting while working closely with customers, shipping carrier, transport providers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end export operations including bookings, shipment processing, transport coordination, documentation, invoicing and reporting
• Liaise with customers, shipping carrier, transport providers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate shipment delivery
• Maintain accurate shipment data and customer information across DP World systems and digital platforms
• Monitor operational milestones, deadlines, and KPIs to ensure service delivery standards are achieved
• Provide high levels of customer service while resolving operational issues in a timely manner
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with DP World processes and procedures

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Experience in Export Operations and Freight Forwarding
• Strong understanding of the Australian supply chain and container logistics environment
• Experience managing customer shipments across export operations
• Strong communication, problem solving, customer service and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities and meet operational deadlines
• Experience using freight forwarding systems such as CargoWise is advantageous
