Experienced Carpenters

Looking for experienced carpenters with solid carpentry skills. We build custom homes in southern Maine, as well as perform remodels/additions/renovations, and smaller jobs such as window/door replacement, decks, siding, etc. Qualified candidates must have attention to detail, positive attitude, and be able to follow directions.

We do all phases of residential construction, start to finish, and are busy with year round work.

**Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

**3+ years of experience preferred, at least 2 years required

**Qualified candidates must have at least 2 verifiable work-related references in the carpentry/construction field.

Qualifications and Skills

2+ years experience in carpentry/ residential construction required, (3+ preferred): General carpentry, Finish carpentry.

Preferred experience in finish carpentry and trim work, framing, siding, new construction, remodels/renovations, window/door installation, decks, general carpentry.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a carpenter

- Proficient in using various carpentry tools and equipment

- Strong knowledge of different carpentry techniques and materials

- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship

- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects

- Good attitude and strong communication skills

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

-Ability to work individually on small projects, as well as part of a team.

Pay based on experience, quality of work/performance, with opportunity to advance. Pay rate is negotiable after employee demonstrates level of skill and ability.

We work primarily in southern Maine, as well as the greater Portland and surrounding areas.
