We are looking for an experienced Executive Media Producer to direct our broadcast layout and original content creation pipelines straight out of Worldstars TV Network's creative hub in Jeddah. Based right inside the Al Hamra District Media City, this full-time role oversees our entire studio production framework and comes with a flat monthly package of SAR 38,000.
Your main focus is managing broadcast properties from initial concept up to live air, directing multi-camera sets, handling large crew distributions, and managing tight post-production timelines. You will lead technical teams consisting of directors, editors, and floor managers, while maintaining creative control over high-definition video assets and sound designs meant for regional audiences.
On the operational side, you run the day-to-day production budgets, negotiate equipment pipelines, and make sure every live feed or taped segment adheres strictly to local regulatory media guidelines. We need someone with a solid background running professional TV networks or massive digital media production houses, paired with deep familiarity regarding modern broadcasting hardware and cloud-based editing workflows. Fluency in English is required to steer our international production crews, and you must be based fully on-site in Jeddah to maintain hands-on control over our active soundstages.
