Esthetician/Nail technician

Overview
We are seeking a talented and professional Esthetician/Nail Technician to join our beauty team. This role offers an opportunity to provide exceptional skincare and nail services in a welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for enhancing clients' natural beauty, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and maintaining high standards of sanitation and professionalism. Candidates should be licensed and experienced in various beauty treatments, with a focus on client satisfaction and retail sales.

Duties

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, and other esthetic services
• Provide professional nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements
• Educate clients on skincare routines and recommend suitable products for their needs
• Upsell retail products to enhance client results and increase sales
• Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace following all health and safety regulations
• Deliver excellent customer service by creating a relaxing and enjoyable experience for clients
• Assist with retail sales by promoting products that complement services provided
• Ensure all treatments are performed with attention to detail and client comfort

Skills

• Experienced in Eyebrow Threading (must have)
• Facial services preferred
• Massage experience preferred
• Friendly customer service skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven experience in body waxing, nail care, and esthetic treatments
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in beauty services
• Excellent communication skills to educate clients about treatments and products
• Ability to upsell retail products naturally and effectively
• Retail sales experience is a plus, with a focus on building client relationships
• Professional appearance and demeanor with a passion for the beauty industry
