What You'll Do

• Perform high-quality skin treatments, including facials, chemical peels, and detailed skin analysis
• Provide professional hair removal services such as waxing, sugaring, or threading
• Perform lash and brow enhancements, including tinting, lifting, and lamination
• Consult with clients to understand their skincare goals and recommend personalized home-care routines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace in accordance with health and safety standards
• Stay up-to-date with the latest skincare trends, aesthetic techniques, and best practices
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment

What We're Looking For

• Passion for the beauty and skincare industry and helping people feel their best
• Valid Esthetician license or certification
• Strong technical skills in facial treatments, hair removal, and lash/brow services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build lasting client relationships
• Professional demeanor with a friendly, approachable personality
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and retail recommendations
