Responsibilities

• Perform professional skincare treatments including facials, waxing, and other esthetic services
• Provide eyelash extension applications with precision and care
• Deliver excellent customer service by understanding client needs and recommending suitable treatments or products
• Manage front desk duties such as greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and handling client inquiries
• Upsell retail products to enhance client results and satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards of treatment areas and equipment
• Assist with retail sales by educating clients on product benefits and usage
• Build strong client relationships through effective communication and personalized service

Requirements

• Valid Esthetician license in accordance with state regulations
• Experience with eyelash extensions is highly preferred
• Strong retail sales skills with the ability to upsell products effectively
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Effective communication skills to engage clients and team members
• Ability to handle front desk responsibilities efficiently
• Passion for skincare, beauty, and helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals
