Esthetician/ MOA

Conduct in-depth consultations and skin health analyses to assess clients' needs and goals.

Create customized treatment plans for clients, addressing both facial and body skincare concerns.

Perform a variety of esthetic treatments, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and body treatments.

Administer advanced skincare procedures, such as laser therapy and advanced facial treatments.

Educate clients on proper skincare routines and recommend products to maintain results.

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms and equipment.

Keep accurate records of client consultations and treatment progress.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and techniques through continuous training and professional development.

Provide MOA support including providing patient care, answering phones, follow-ups, and booking appointments.

Build and maintain positive client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service.

Collaborate with the medical team and other estheticians to ensure holistic client care.

Qualifications:

- Experience with google docs \& word

· Esthetician experience that supports our services with a keenness to learn

· Experience in customer care or hospitality is an asset

· An understanding of the services we provide is required

· Ability to represent our brand in a professional manner

· Excellent organization and time management

· Ability to learn complex medical language and terms

· Works well as a support person to multiple medical professionals

· Exceptional customer service

· Competent with Microsoft Office
