We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our team in providing exceptional beauty and skincare services to our clients. As an Esthetician, you will play a vital role in enhancing the overall guest experience by delivering high-quality treatments and personalized skincare advice. Your expertise in various beauty techniques will help clients feel rejuvenated and confident.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, and makeup application tailored to individual client needs.
• Provide excellent customer service by welcoming clients, understanding their skincare goals, and recommending appropriate products and services.
• Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on proper skincare routines and product usage.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized according to health regulations.
• Assist with front desk duties including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling retail sales transactions.
• Foster a warm and inviting atmosphere that promotes guest satisfaction through exceptional hospitality and guest services.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in skincare, makeup application, and beauty treatments to provide informed recommendations to clients.

Qualifications

• Valid esthetician license or certification from an accredited institution.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients and understand their needs.
• Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred, enhancing the overall guest experience.
• Knowledge of nail care techniques is a plus but not required.
• Ability to perform body waxing with precision and care.
• Familiarity with retail sales practices to assist clients in selecting appropriate products for their skincare regimen.
• A passion for beauty and wellness with a commitment to ongoing professional development in the field of esthetics.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
