Duties

• Provide a wide range of beauty services including hair styling, hair coloring, hair cutting, hair perm, nail care, nail enhancements and designs, facials, waxing, eyelash extensions, and head spa services.
• Manage client consultations to recommend personalized treatments and product solutions that meet individual needs.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in compliance with health regulations and salon standards.
• Engage with clients with exceptional customer service and product demos to promote services and build lasting relationships.
• Support front desk operations by greeting guests, answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and upselling retail products.
• Stay current with industry trends by participating in ongoing training sessions on color theory, hair extensions, lash techniques, and new esthetic procedures.

Skills

• Hair stylist with hair coloring, hair cutting, hair perming skills.
• Manicurist with nail care, pedicure spas, nail enhancements such as acrylic, gel-x, designs, etc.
• Estheticians with skin care knowledge and skills.
• Lash technicians who can perform lash extensions services with care and great treatment.
• Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a strong portfolio of services performed.
• Excellent communication skills to provide consultations, clearly explain treatments/services along with aftercare, and build rapport with clients.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on guest satisfaction and hospitality standards.
• Competence in social media management for marketing services and engaging with the community online.

Requirements

• Must have a Cosmetology, Esthetician and Manicurist license for applied position.
• Must provide a complete resume WITH a physical portfolio to showcase best work.
• Not required but preferred to have experience in the beauty field.

Pay: $1.00 - $3,500.00 per month
