Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Licensed Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, knowledgeable in medical aesthetics, and committed to delivering exceptional client care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of medical-grade skin treatments, including:
• Chemical peels
• Hydrafacials
• IPL treatments
• Coolsculpting
• Conduct thorough skin analyses and consultations
• Recommend appropriate skincare regimens using medical-grade products
• Maintain treatment room cleanliness and sanitation protocols
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Document services in a electronic medical record.
• Other related tasks as determined by the physician and practice manager.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical spa setting
• Proficiency with Hydrafacials, medical-grade peels, IPL, Coolsculpting and advanced skincare
• Current and valid esthetician license (state-specific)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for skincare, education, and continued growth in the aesthetics field

Compensation:
This is an hourly position, with pay based on experience and qualifications. Additional opportunities may be available based on performance and spa growth.
