Aesthetician - Multi-Site

Prestige Medical Group is a rapidly growing healthcare and wellness organization serving multiple communities throughout North Georgia. In addition to primary care and pediatric services, our MedSpa division provides aesthetic and wellness treatments focused on helping patients look and feel their best in a welcoming, patient-centered environment.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Aesthetician to support multiple PMG and MedSpa locations throughout North Georgia.

This is a part-time role with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position as the practice continues to grow.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Aesthetician will independently perform aesthetic and laser services within scope of licensure while helping create an exceptional patient experience from consultation through follow-up care.

This role requires a candidate who is professional, dependable, flexible, patient-focused, comfortable working across multiple locations, and passionate about aesthetics, skincare, and wellness.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Independently perform aesthetic and laser treatments in accordance with organizational protocols and state regulations
• Conduct patient consultations and provide education regarding services and skincare recommendations
• Support overall patient experience, retention, and service growth initiatives
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and sanitation standards
• Assist with scheduling, patient intake, front office support, and administrative workflows as needed
• Promote professionalism, patient confidentiality, and exceptional customer service
• Support multiple office locations throughout North Georgia based on operational needs including Jasper, Roswell, Canton, and Woodstock
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record system

QUALIFICATIONS

• Active Georgia Aesthetician License required
• Active Georgia Assistant Laser Practitioner License required
• Previous MedSpa, aesthetics, dermatology, cosmetic, or wellness experience preferred
• Front office or patient scheduling experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations as needed

COMPENSATION

• Part-time position with opportunity for full-time growth
• Starting at $20.00 per hour plus commission opportunities
• Compensation may vary based on experience, certifications, and aesthetic treatment background
