Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of skincare treatments such as facials, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments to improve skin health and appearance.
• Conduct body waxing services with precision and care, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction.
• Apply eyelash extensions and makeup to enhance clients’ natural beauty for special occasions or everyday wear.
• Deliver deep tissue massages to promote relaxation and muscle relief.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product demos, and retail sales to support their ongoing beauty goals.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly cleaning and sterilizing equipment and treatment areas.
• Provide excellent customer service by listening to client needs, offering personalized recommendations, and ensuring a positive experience throughout each visit.

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license as required by state regulations.
• Proven experience with esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application.
• Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients and promote retail products.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe treatment environment.
• Ability to perform nail care services is a plus but not mandatory.
• Experience in retail sales or product demos is desirable for promoting skincare lines.
