Responsibilities

Solution Architecture

Design and govern scalable, maintainable, and standardized SAP S/4HANA solutions aligned with business and IT strategy

Business Requirements

Translate Asset Management, Leasing, and Investment Management requirements into effective SAP S/4HANA solution designs

Data \& Integration

Define data architectures and lead complex integrations across the SAP and enterprise technology landscape

Technical Advisory

Challenge business requirements and guide stakeholders toward sustainable, future-proof solutions

Technical Leadership

Mentor developers and consultants on clean-code principles, architectural design, and engineering best practices

Business Alignment

Partner with Global Business teams, Value Stream Leads, and Product Owners to align business priorities with IT solutions

Compliance \& Governance

Ensure solutions comply with GxP, GDPR, FDA, EMA, and CSV requirements, including security, traceability, and audit readiness

Technology Roadmap

Shape technology roadmaps and evaluate new technologies and integration frameworks to minimize technical debt

Requirements

Education \& Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or Business Administration with relevant enterprise ERP experience

SAP Architecture

7+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or similar lead role within SAP S/4HANA environments

Domain Expertise

Deep expertise in Asset Management, Leasing, and Investment Management within SAP S/4HANA

Leadership Skills

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align business and IT perspectives

Delivery Methodologies

Solid knowledge of Agile and SAFe frameworks, enterprise management tools, and modern delivery practices

Integration Knowledge

Good understanding of integration and middleware patterns across complex enterprise technology landscapes

Collaboration

Experience working effectively across multicultural onsite-offshore teams and complex organizational environments

English Proficiency

Fluent business English with the ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders
