Employment Solicitor

Sherwin O’Riordan LLP is seeking to recruit an experienced employment solicitor to join their busy Dublin office.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years post qualification experience, and the ability to work within a team and on their own initiative as required.

The role will require:

· Experience handling both employer and employee Employment Law litigation

· Experience handling all aspects of Employment Law litigation including the WRC, Labour Court and High Court

· Advocacy experience

The ideal candidate will have:

· 3+ years post qualification experience in employment

· Strong organisation, administrative and drafting skills and attention to detail

· Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload, whilst also being a strong team player

· Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workloads and to consistently meet deadlines

· Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and the ability to deal with clients in a friendly manner

· The ability to fit in with the culture of our practice.
