We're now launching a Commercial Conveyancing Department and are looking for an experienced solicitor to lead it from the ground up.

The Role This is a Head of Department opportunity with full autonomy to build and shape a new practice area. You'll be establishing our commercial conveyancing offering from scratch — initially working independently, then building a team as the caseload grows and the department becomes self-sustaining.

You'll handle a diverse mix of commercial conveyancing matters including: Sales and purchases of commercial property Commercial leases (landlord and tenant) Development work Refinancing transactions Acting for SMEs, developers, investors, and institutional clients This is a rare chance to design systems, workflows, and client relationships your way, with the backing of Ireland's largest residential conveyancing operation and its proven digital infrastructure.

What We're Looking For Essential: Qualified solicitor with current practicing certificate 5+ years PQE in commercial conveyancing Strong technical ability and comfort working with legal tech platforms Proven ability to run files independently and manage client relationships

Desirable: Familiarity with lender panel work or institutional clients Interest in process optimization and workflow automation
