Electrical Supervisor / QA/QC Electrician

Job Summary

We are a growing electrical contracting company looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Electrical Supervisor / QA/QC Electrician. In this role, you will be our "eyes on the ground," overseeing small teams of electricians across various residential and commercial sites. Your main goal is to ensure that all electrical work is completed correctly the first time, fully complies with KAHRAMAA standards, and is executed with the highest level of quality, organization, and professional presentation.

Key ResponsibilitiesSite Oversight \& Leadership

• Supervise and guide electricians on a daily basis.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide technical support when required.
• Troubleshoot complex installation issues and ensure work is completed efficiently.

Workmanship \& Site Presentation

• Ensure all completed electrical work is neat, organised, and professionally finished.
• Inspect distribution boards (DBs), cable management, conduit routing, trunking, and equipment installation for quality and appearance.

Housekeeping \& Professionalism

• Maintain clean, organised, and safe work areas.
• Ensure all installation debris and unused materials are removed from site daily.
• Promote professional conduct and company standards at all times.

Quality Inspection

• Identify installation errors early and ensure corrective actions are completed before client inspection.
• Train and mentor electricians to improve workmanship and maintain consistent quality standards.

Testing \& Final Approval

• Perform electrical testing using multimeters, insulation resistance (megger) testers, and other testing equipment.
• Verify proper operation of lighting, power circuits, and distribution systems.
• Approve installations before project handover.

Safety \& Compliance

• Ensure all work complies with KAHRAMAA regulations and local electrical standards.
• Enforce safe working practices on ladders, scaffolding, and around electrical equipment.
• Promote a strong safety culture across all project sites.

Material \& Time Management

• Monitor material usage and minimise waste.
• Track project progress and ensure work is completed on schedule.
• Coordinate material requirements with the project team.

Client Communication

• Represent the company professionally on-site.
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding project progress.
• Conduct final walkthroughs and ensure complete client satisfaction before handover.

Qualifications \& Requirements

• Nationality: Philippines.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on electrical experience in Qatar.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory, foreman, or QA/QC role.
• Strong knowledge of KAHRAMAA regulations, Qatar electrical standards, and testing procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Good command of spoken English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Valid Qatar Driving Licence is highly preferred.

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
