E-commerce Order Processing Manager

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented E-commerce Order Processing Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process e-commerce orders, including picking, packing, and dispatching products.
• Coordinate with the customer support team and provide assistance in resolving customer complaints and order-related issues.
• Monitor order accuracy and ensure timely fulfillment and shipment.
• Maintain organized inventory and order records.
• Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify and resolve order processing issues efficiently.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in e-commerce operations, order fulfillment, or warehouse management is preferred.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with e-commerce platforms is an advantage.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
