We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join a University Hospital.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (recognized by YÖK)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong reporting and analytical skills with a results-driven approach
• Ability to follow marketing trends and conduct competitive analysis
• Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools
• Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business, SEO, and Google Analytics
• Experience in social media management and content planning
• Advanced level of English

Job Description:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies
• Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns
• Conduct target audience analysis and shape marketing strategies accordingly
• Manage digital marketing activities and oversee social media platforms
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Prepare marketing reports and present insights to management
