Estherian Clinic is one of Turkey's leading medical tourism companies, serving patients from
around the world in dental treatments, plastic surgery, hair transplantation, bariatric surgery,
and other medical specialties.
As we continue expanding our international presence, we are looking for a Senior SEO Specialist
who is passionate about organic growth, technical SEO, and building scalable search strategies in
one of the world's most competitive industries.
This is an on-site, full-time position.

What You'll Do

· Develop and execute long-term SEO strategies that drive sustainable organic growth.

· Lead technical SEO initiatives, including crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals,
structured data, website architecture, and performance optimization.

· Plan and implement effective on-page and off-page SEO campaigns.

· Build content strategies that attract high-intent international patients and improve
organic visibility.

· Develop and execute International SEO strategies for multiple countries and languages.

· Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and identify new growth opportunities.

· Monitor website performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other
SEO tools.

· Collaborate closely with developers, designers, content creators, and the marketing
team.

· Develop custom WordPress plugins and implement technical solutions when required.

· Stay ahead of Google's algorithm updates, AI search trends, and industry best practices.

Language Requirements

· Fluent English (written and spoken)

· English is the primary language used within our office.
Nice to Have

· Experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
