Overview
We are looking for a capable, self-motivated Digital Marketing and Brand Executive to directly join our team and take ownership of the online presence and brand identity across four companies. This is a mid-level role — you don't need to be a specialist in every discipline, but you need to be competent across all of them, curious enough to keep learning, and organised enough to manage multiple brands.
The role spans environmental consultancy, industrial supply, and product distribution — so adaptability and the ability to write and think across different audiences is key.
The Brands
- Envida Environmental (UAE + UK) — Specialist indoor environmental quality consultancy operating across the Middle East, Europe, Asia, and Africa. envida.ae
- Envida Global — Global arm focusing on remedial investigations, supervision, and environmental monitoring.
- LK8 — UK and EU supplier of scaffolding fittings and container parts. lk8.co.uk
- Air Care Middle East — MENA and European distributor of air care products. air-care.me
Scope of Work
SEO — All 4 Brands
Full SEO management including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Metadata, content structure, and keyword optimisation
- Backlink building and citation strategy
- AI search visibility optimisation
- Monthly performance reporting with clear commentary on what is working and what is being adjusted
Social Media — All 4 Brands
- Content creation and scheduling across relevant platforms
- Brand-consistent tone and visual direction per brand
- Community management and engagement
- Performance tracking with channel-level reporting
Newsletters — All 4 Brands
- Two newsletters per month per brand
- Content creation aligned to campaigns and brand voice
- Internal coordination for approvals
Content \& Blog
Minimum one blog post per month per brand, SEO-led and performance-tracked
Google My Business
- Management and regular updates across all applicable listings
- Repurposing of social content for GMB posts
Website Management
- Technical AMC and SEO-friendly content updates
- New page creation as required
- WordPress and hosting access management
Branding \& Design
- Maintain brand consistency across digital and print touchpoints for all four companies
- Produce or coordinate marketing collateral, social assets, and basic design work
- A working knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe, or similar) is expected — you don't need to be a graphic designer, but you should be able to produce clean, on-brand material without outsourcing every asset
- Flag brand inconsistencies and make recommendations for improvement
- Support campaign planning and go-to-market activity for new services or markets
Reporting \& Performance
This is not a set-and-forget role. You will be expected to:
- Deliver a monthly performance report across all brands covering SEO rankings, website traffic, social engagement, and newsletter metrics
- Clearly articulate what has worked, what hasn't, and what is changing as a result
- Present findings in a format accessible to non-technical stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience across digital marketing, SEO, and social media
- Comfortable working across multiple brands with different tones and audiences
- Solid written English; ability to write for both technical B2B and consumer-facing contexts
- Proficiency in WordPress, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google My Business, and major social platforms
- Basic design capability — Canva minimum, Adobe suite a plus
- Data-aware and able to communicate performance clearly
- Self-managed, deadline-conscious, and proactive
Compensation \& Role Details
- Salary: AED 6,000 per month
- 5 days per week
- Paid media/ads management is outside this scope
Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
