About the Role:

As our Custom Brand Service Marketing Manager, you will lead our mission to empower clients' marketing ambitions. By guiding the CBS teams in planning, executing, and evaluating marketing campaigns and digital presence, you will be integral to ensuring our clients' success. This role is perfect for someone meticulous, marketing-passionate, and driven to deliver both excellence in work and exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

1. Client Relations:

  • Act as the central contact point for our clients, ensuring strong relationships and prompt issue resolution.
  • Document all client interactions, ensuring transparent communication within the team.
  • Schedule regular check-ins with clients, understand their current business position, and identify potential avenues where CBS can add value.
  • Comprehend and align with client goals to craft tailored marketing strategies.
  • Ensure seamless sharing of all relevant client communication and data across teams.

2. Project Oversight:

  • Collaborate with CEO, designers and digital team in developing project timelines, overseeing deliverables, and guaranteeing timely project completion.
  • Manage numerous brands and be adept at keeping multiple projects on track with flawless execution.
  • Spearhead the calendar creation for marketing campaigns, ensuring it resonates with the intended audience.
  • Foster synergy between creative and digital teams for effective campaign execution.
  • Intervene and escalate appropriately when projects derail.

3. Campaign Execution:

  • Deliver marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital, social media, email, and conventional mediums.
  • Monitor campaign efficiency, updating clients and the internal team. Introduce standardized templates for streamlined reporting.
  • Utilize internal Project Management System (Asana) to maximize efficiency and knowledge sharing across the entire team.

4. Analytical Reporting:

  • Draft comprehensive campaign performance reports, decipher key metrics, and offer actionable insights.
  • Use data-driven analytics to recommend strategies for marketing optimization.

5. Market Intel:

  • Keep a pulse on industry developments and competitive shifts to inform our marketing direction.
  • Lead market research and competitive analysis endeavors as circumstances demand.

6. Content Coordination:

  • Partner with content creators to secure on-time delivery of marketing resources. Address any delays promptly and communicate the same to the CBS team and clients when necessary.
  • Scrutinize content for precision, quality, and appropriate tone.

7. Fiscal Responsibility:

  • Assist in budgeting for projects, overseeing expenditures, and guaranteeing value for money. Ensure that the time is allocated efficiently to respect client budget constraints.

Experience

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or an equivalent discipline preferred. Professional experience will be considered.
  • Robust organizational prowess and an eye for project management.
  • Stellar communication skills, encompassing both written and verbal modalities.
  • Adeptness in Google Desktop Suite, Google Analytics, and other marketing-centric software/tools.
  • Team-player attitude with the dexterity to thrive in dynamic settings.
  • A grasp on core marketing concepts and evolving digital marketing nuances will be advantageous
