Breakthrough Digital is a Singapore digital marketing agency running paid ads, SEO, social media and websites for over 100+ SME clients. Our clients are aesthetics clinics, TCM halls, wellness studios, F&B brands, interior design firms, ecommerce stores, financial advisers and education providers. Most of them are owner-run, which means the person you speak to every week is the person whose money is on the line.
The role
You own a portfolio of clients end to end. You are the person they trust, the person who knows why their cost per lead moved last week, why their SEO rankings dipped and the person who makes sure work ships on time and to standard.
This is not an admin role. You are not forwarding emails between the client and the media buyer. You read the numbers, form a view, and tell the client what to do next.
What you will own
- A portfolio of over 20 SME accounts across paid ads, SEO, social and web
- Weekly and monthly client communication over WhatsApp, email and Zoom
- Monthly performance reporting, plus the story behind the numbers and the recommendation that follows
- Campaign briefs to our media buyers, copywriters, designers and video team, then quality control before anything reaches the client
- Timelines, deliverable tracking and chasing whoever is holding up the job, internal or client side
- Spotting accounts at risk of churn early and fixing the cause
- Spotting growth opportunities in existing accounts and putting them in front of the client
What you need
- 2 or more years in a digital marketing agency in an account management, client servicing or project management role. Agency experience is a hard requirement here.
- You can read a Meta Ads or Google Ads dashboard and explain what happened, not just export it
- Working knowledge across paid social, search, SEO and social content, enough to brief specialists properly and catch bad work before the client does
- Clear, direct written English. Our clients are busy business owners. Long, padded updates get ignored.
- Genuinely organised. You track your own commitments and you do not need chasing.
- Comfortable being the one who delivers bad news, holds a line on scope, or tells a client their idea will not work
Nice to have
- Conversational or written Mandarin. A good number of our clients and their customers are Mandarin speaking.
- Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel, HubSpot or a similar CRM and automation platform
- Familiarity with the Singapore SME market
- Experience in aesthetics, TCM, wellness, education or F&B verticals
- You already use AI tools daily in your work and can show us how

Shortlisted candidates go through a 20 minute call, a short practical exercise using a real anonymised client account, and a final conversation with the founder.
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
