Position Summary

The Digital Communications, IT \& Systems Manager will lead TIA's digital communications, social media, website management, CRM systems, and technology infrastructure. The successful candidate will help strengthen the organization's visibility, engagement, operational efficiency, and digital growth while supporting programs, volunteers, partners, donors, and community members.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Communications \& Social Media

- Develop and implement TIA's digital communications strategy.

- Manage social media platforms, content calendars, and online engagement.

- Create compelling content, graphics, videos, newsletters, and promotional materials.

- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.

- Monitor performance and provide monthly analytics reports.

Website, CRM \& Systems Management

- Manage and update TIA's website and digital platforms.

- Develop and maintain CRM and database systems for volunteers, donors, partners, and community members.

- Support email marketing, mailing lists, and communication automation.

- Manage Google Workspace, shared drives, forms, and digital assets.

- Implement systems and workflows that improve efficiency, collaboration, and data management.

IT Support \& Digital Innovation

- Provide basic IT support and technology coordination.

- Research and recommend digital tools, platforms, and automation solutions.

- Support virtual events, online registrations, and digital engagement initiatives.

- Ensure organizational data is organized, secure, and accessible.Data, Reporting \& Growth

- Track website, social media, email marketing, and engagement metrics.

- Maintain accurate digital records and reporting systems.

- Support fundraising, volunteer recruitment, partnership development, and program promotion through digital channels.

- Use data and analytics to support decision-making and organizational growth.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Growth in social media engagement and audience reach.

- Website content maintained and updated regularly.

- CRM and stakeholder databases established and maintained.

- Increased email subscriber engagement and communication effectiveness.

- Improved digital systems, workflows, and automation.

- Accurate reporting and analytics dashboards.

- Successful promotion of programs, events, volunteer opportunities, and campaigns.

Qualifications

- Background in communications, marketing, digital media, information technology, business technology, or a related field.

- Experience managing social media, websites, CRM systems, and digital communications.

- Knowledge of Canva, WordPress, Google Workspace, email marketing platforms, and digital analytics tools.

- Strong content creation, writing, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

- Experience in the nonprofit, community, or social impact sector is an asset.

- Alignment with the mission, vision, and values of The Impact Ambassadors Initiative.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
