The manager will shape consumers-centric, digitally agile, and retail-focused business strategies, ensuring consistent, impactful consumers.
Key Result Areas:
Key Responsibilities \& Expected Outcomes
1. Develop and execute wholesale strategic business plans tailored to Taiwan’s market dynamics, with clear KPIs to track channel growth, partner profitability, and market share expansion.
2. Conduct data-driven business health checks: Analyze sales performance, inventory turnover, and stock health to identify risks (e.g., overstock, underperformance) and proactively propose optimization solutions.
3. Oversee market pricing integrity: Manage pricing structures and discount policies for partners’ multi-brand and mono-brand stores, preventing price erosion and safeguarding Timberland’ brand positioning.
4. Collaborate with wholesale partners to co-develop accurate procurement budgets, balancing market demand, inventory efficiency, and partner financial goals to minimize waste and maximize sales potential.
5. Lead regular partner business reviews: Organize structured meetings, review performance against targets, align upcoming goals, and drive actionable plans to close gaps and capture growth opportunities.
6. Partner with the Marketing team to design and deliver tailored marketing support for wholesale channels (e.g., in-store promotions, digital campaigns, brand activations) that boost foot traffic and conversion.
7. Uphold brand consistency: Ensure Timberland’ visual identity, brand messaging, and cultural values are strictly implemented across all wholesale touchpoints, from store displays to consumer communications.
8. Cross-functional strategy alignment: Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Operations teams to co-create market-specific business strategies, aligning resources to drive holistic growth for Timberland Taiwan.
9. Ensure seamless GTM execution: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Supply Chain, Logistics) to guarantee sales meeting execution, order taking and on-time launch of new products, promotions, initiatives, eliminating operational bottlenecks.
10. Explore opportunity from energy and multi-brand channel to extend Timberland product to wilder distribution to engage / attract new consumer from updated retail appearance.
11. Keep in touch with new department store project going on as a BD role for both DTC and DTP to connect the new retail marketplace opportunity to Timberland brand
12. Foster close relationships with key landlords to ensure access to the latest marketplace intelligence, effectively support Timberland expansion plans, and prevent risks caused by unexpected landlord changes.

Minimum Relevant Experience: At least 10 years of relevant experience in retail, business development, and operations, with management responsibilities.
Academic Qualifications:
Minimum Degree Held: Bachelor's degree (in business-related fields or other undergraduate or higher qualifications).

Fluent in English, Chinese, or other Asian languages.
