Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental treatment with a patient-centred approach.
- Diagnose and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Educate patients on oral health and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate and complete clinical records.
- Collaborate closely with dental assistants, front desk staff, and other team members to ensure smooth daily clinic operations.
- Assist in coordinating and improving clinical workflow and operational efficiency.
- Support the management team in maintaining high standards of patient care and service quality.
- Participate actively in clinical discussions, team meetings, and continuous professional development.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS/DDS or equivalent).
- Registered or eligible for registration with the Malaysian Dental Council (MDC) and possess a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
- Able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
