Key Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during all dental procedures efficiently and professionally.
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and dental materials before each procedure.
- Ensure proper sterilization, disinfection, and maintenance of dental instruments and equipment.
- Maintain infection control standards in accordance with clinic protocols.
- Assist in taking dental radiographs and digital scans (training provided if necessary).
- Prepare and update patient records accurately.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic at all times.
- Provide patients with pre- and post-treatment instructions.
- Support front desk operations when required.
- Work closely with the entire clinic team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- Malaysian citizen.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience as a Dental Surgery Assistant is an advantage but not required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Responsible, organized, and attentive to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to take initiative and adapt to new responsibilities.
