Each clinic delivers a full suite of dental services, including general dentistry, cosmetic treatments, implants, and emergency care. We are hiring Dental Administrator to join our team in Ottawa, ON.

We are looking for experienced, organized, and patient-focused dental professionals who enjoy working in a fast-paced clinical environment and can provide exceptional service to patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome patients in a warm, professional manner
  • Manage patient appointments, scheduling, confirmations, cancellations, and recalls
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries
  • Coordinate treatment appointments and follow-ups
  • Process dental insurance claims, pre-determinations, and insurance inquiries
  • Review and discuss treatment plans and fees with patients
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient charts and information
  • Coordinate communication between patients, dentists, hygienists, and the clinical team
  • Assist with daily administrative and front-desk operations
  • Maintain a high level of patient confidentiality and professionalism
  • Support the clinic team in providing an exceptional patient experience

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience as a Dental Administrator, Dental Receptionist, Treatment Coordinator, or similar dental office role
  • Strong knowledge of dental terminology and office procedures
  • Experience with dental scheduling and patient management
  • Experience with dental insurance and claims is an asset
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Professional, friendly, and patient-focused approach
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn dental practice management software
