Demand and Supply Network Planning Manager
We`re seeking a forward-thinking and results-driven professional to lead demand forecasting and inventory management for the Bulgarian market. This role is pivotal in aligning commercial strategies with supply chain execution, ensuring product availability while minimizing write-offs and inefficiencies. You`ll collaborate with Marketing and Sales, Finance, Logistics, GBS, and Global Supply Chain to support optimal inventories planning, finished goods initiatives` planning and deployment, avoid stockouts and write-offs, track performance, support local and global reporting and integrate internal and external insights into proper forecasts.
Position:
As a Demand and Supply Network Planning Manager, you will:A * Develop accurate monthly sales and production forecasts, incorporating market insights, product launches, portfolio initiatives and cross-functional inputs from all key stakeholdersA * Create volume scenarios and backup plans to meet business goalsA * Monitor sales, stock, and market performance to identify risks, opportunities, and required adjustmentsA * Manage national finished goods inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and efficient turnoverA * Coordinate production and supply flows with factories, Customer Service, and Global Supply Chain, including purchase orders and tax stamp managementA * Provide analytical insights to support decision-making and performance reviewsA * Maintain and standardize demand and supply planning processes across the RoMoBu cluster, in line with Global standardsA * Collaborate closely with Logistics to optimize deliveries, stock management, and product launches
Requirements:aEUR-
Education:A University degree in a technical or economic fieldA
Experience:A 3+ years experience in planning / supply or demand / data-driven and planning-focused commercial roles, or similar
Language:A Proficient in English and Romanian (spoken and written), additional languages are a plus
Other skills and knowledge:aEUR-aEUR- A* Capability to pivot from topline view to details in order to achieve the objectivesA * Stakeholder and project management skills, prioritization and strategic schedulingA * Forecasting and Demand Planning capabilitiesA * Scenario Planning and Risk Management: preparing for market volatility and supply disruptionsA * Good understanding of commercial business models, portfolio, distribution model, sales operations and promotional strategiesA * Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel; BI knowledge represents a plus)A * Strong understanding of SAP (IBP knowledge represents a plus; ERP understanding)A * Strong analytical, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skillsA
