RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop testing standards and procedures under the direction of professional colleagues.
Implement feasibility testing of proposed engineering solutions under supervision to provide feedback and contribute to validation of the design.
Implement improvements and provide feedback on them. Use change management systems and protocols to provide routine supportive services.
Provide routine support services to others.
Design own monthly schedule and, if necessary, assign work to others in order to speed up office workflow and ensure high-priority tasks get done.
Support others by carrying out a range of project management activities.
Collect information to gain a better understanding of routine procedural queries.
Find the most effective ways to respond to routine functional enquiries. Involves following procedures and precedents.
Support others by carrying out a range of product and/or solution development and/or engineering activities such as analyzing client situations or interpreting data.
Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching. Develop and maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
