Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and operate critical systems including power, cooling, and fire protection systems.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment such as UPS, generators, CRAC/CRAH units, and electrical panels.
- Respond to alarms, incidents, and system failures promptly and take corrective actions.
- Ensure all operational activities follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
- Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis for any system issues or outages.
- Maintain accurate logs, reports, and documentation of all activities during the shift.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and repair work.
- Support emergency response activities and participate in drills.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field.
- 1–5 years of experience in data centre operations, facilities, or critical environment.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, and building management systems (BMS).
- Experience working in a 24/7 shift environment is preferred.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and respond under pressure.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
