Key Responsibilities
- System Operations: Manage the Point of Sale (POS) system, cashiering portals, and internal dashboards.
- Aggregator Management: Coordinate incoming orders and resolve issues with third-party delivery platforms (e.g., Talabat, Deliveroo, UberEats).
- Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints with empathy, speed, and professionalism to ensure repeat business.
- Financial Accuracy: Process cash, card, and digital payments accurately while balancing the register daily.
- Guest Relations: Greet customers, take orders, and provide clear product information in both Arabic and English.
Qualifications \& Skills
- Language: Native or professional fluency in verbal and written Arabic is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in a customer service, retail, or hospitality role, Knowledgeable and had worked closely to Marketing.
- Tech-Savvy: Proven experience using modern POS systems and delivery aggregator dashboards.
- Problem Solving: Strong conflict-resolution skills with a calm, patient demeanor under pressure.
- Availability: Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
