We are hiring a CRM Executive with experience in e-commerce marketplace operations.

Requirements:

Experience handling Amazon, Noon, and Trendyol
Knowledge of CRM and customer handling
Ability to manage orders, returns, and customer queries
Experience in product listing and marketplace coordination
Good communication and computer skills
Familiarity with ERP/Excel is an advantage

Responsibilities:

Manage marketplace customer communications
Handle order processing, returns, and complaints
Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams
Update product listings and pricing
Track daily sales and marketplace performance

Pay: From AED1,500.00 per month
