Job Summary

Responsible for transforming customer and market data into actionable business insights to support strategic planning, sales forecasting, and marketing decisions. This role develops market intelligence, analyzes customer and competitor trends, and delivers data-driven recommendations to enhance business performance.

Job Description

• Develop and maintain a well-structured, accurate, and up-to-date customer and market database to support business decision-making.
• Analyze customer, market, and business data to support annual strategic planning and medium-term business plans.
• Prepare sales forecasts and rolling sales plans to provide business outlooks and support commercial planning.
• Monitor and report sales performance, market trends, customer activities, and competitor movements for management review.
• Conduct in-depth market and customer analysis using analytical tools to identify business opportunities, market trends, and actionable insights.
• Translate customer and market insights into marketing plans and initiatives that support business growth and sales performance.
• Prepare executive reports and presentations to communicate key findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Applied Statistics, Economics, Marketing, Data Science, or related fields (Bachelor GPA > 2.70, Master GPA > 3.30)
• 1–6 years of experience in market analysis, customer insights, business analytics, marketing analytics, or related fields
• Strong knowledge of market research, customer analytics, sales forecasting, and business planning
• Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytical tools)
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into business recommendations
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with attention to detail
• Good command of English in verbal and written communication (TOEIC > 550)
• Willing to work onsite at SCG Packaging Public Company Limited (Bang Sue, Bangkok)
