รายละเอียดงาน

• Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Provide accurate information about salon services and products
• Manage appointment bookings and customer records
• Handle cashiering, payments, and daily sales reporting
• Coordinate with stylists , Assistant , Manager and the head office
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

• age 23–35 years old

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (or related field preferred)

• Experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus

• Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, booking systems)

• Well-groomed, professional appearance and positive personality

• Able to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays

• Service-minded with strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Honest, responsible, and able to work under pressure

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multicultural team

• Basic understanding of Thai customer service culture is an advantage

Additional Requirements for Foreign Applicants

Able to communicate in English fluently (Thai is a plus)

Must hold a valid Non-Immigrant B Visa or be eligible to obtain one

Must be able to obtain a valid work permit in Thailand

Prior experience in salon, beauty, retail, or luxury service industry is highly preferred

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multicultural team

Basic understanding of Thai customer service culture is an advantage
