Mii Kitchen is a leading bespoke kitchen and joinery manufacturer based in Smeaton Grange. We specialise in high-quality residential and commercial joinery, working with major home builders, designers, and private clients across Sydney.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker / Joiner (Tradesman) to join our skilled and supportive workshop team. If you take pride in your craftsmanship and enjoy working on high-end custom joinery projects, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Manufacture and assemble custom cabinetry and joinery
• Interpret shop drawings and plans
• Operate cabinet making machinery and tools
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail
• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet project deadlines
• Ensure workshop safety standards are maintained

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Trade qualification in Cabinet Making / Joinery
• Proven experience manufacturing custom kitchens or joinery
• Ability to read and interpret drawings
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, punctual, and motivated
• A White Card
• Your own reliable transport
• Experience with CNC machinery
• Experience installing cabinetry on-site
• Experience with high-end residential joinery
