- CRM 프로그램 분석 및 기획 - 고객 획득/유지/활성화/로열티 프로그램 기획 및 운영 - Reward Promotion 기획 및 운영
Create and manage Clienteling communication plans that are aligned with the local sales and marketing strategies.
Collaborate with local Marketing, Retail, and eCommerce teams, as well as HQ, to execute lead nurturing and conversion campaigns and organize in-store events that enhance customer experience, engagement, and loyalty.
Analyse customer data to create detailed customer segments for targeted marketing and clienteling action plans.
Carry out detailed analysis and reporting on all CRM activities both instore and online.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years working experience in CRM or related field
Proven CRM experience in the luxury or premium sector, with deep understanding of high-value customer engagement and clienteling strategies
Proven expertise in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate complex customer data into actionable insights that drive CRM and business performance
Strong experience with software tools and applications (Salesforce, Google Analytics and MS PowerBI)
Experience in planning and executing data-driven email campaigns across Retail and E-commerce channels, including customer segmentation and performance analysis
Experience with SQL to e.g. build target groups in SFMC is a plus
Experience overseeing CRM data governance and customer data management in compliance with local data privacy and protection regulations
