Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesBrand \& Creative Strategy

  • Define and maintain the overall creative direction and brand identity across all F\&B concepts
  • Develop brand guidelines (visual identity, tone of voice, content style)
  • Translate business and marketing goals into strong creative campaigns
  • Ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints (online and offline)

Campaign Development

  • Lead concept creation for marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and launches
  • Oversee storytelling for menu launches, events, and brand activations
  • Develop creative briefs and guide internal teams and external agencies
  • Ensure all campaigns align with brand positioning and market trends

Content \& Production Oversight

  • Supervise photography, videography, and content production teams
  • Approve final visual content for social media, advertising, and print
  • Ensure high-quality output for food photography, lifestyle shoots, and promotional videos
  • Direct photo/video shoots when required to ensure creative excellence

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor the creative, design, and content production teams
  • Manage workflows between photographers, videographers, designers, and social media teams
  • Provide clear creative direction and feedback to improve output quality
  • Build a high-performing in-house creative team

Digital \& Social Media Direction

  • Oversee creative strategy for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Ensure content aligns with engagement goals and brand storytelling
  • Collaborate with digital marketing teams for performance-driven creative assets

Collaboration \& Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Culinary, and Senior Management teams
  • Participate in business planning to align creative strategy with growth objectives
  • Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors when needed

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Creative Director or Senior Art Director (preferably in F\&B, hospitality, or lifestyle brands)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating brand campaigns, visual storytelling, and content direction
  • Deep understanding of food branding, photography, and social-first content creation
  • Experience managing creative teams and production workflows
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and modern content production tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy and customer behavior

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with multi-brand restaurant groups
  • Strong background in digital marketing and social media trends
  • Experience in opening new restaurant concepts or rebranding projects
  • Knowledge of motion graphics, AI tools, or 3D content creation
