Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Network Director to lead our network operations, oversee infrastructure projects, and drive strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability of enterprise-level networks while guiding teams and collaborating with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Network strategy: Define and implement enterprise networking strategies aligned with business goals.
• Infrastructure management: Oversee LAN/WAN, cloud, and hybrid network environments.
• Security oversight: Ensure compliance with cybersecurity protocols and data protection standards.
• Team leadership: Mentor and manage network engineers and IT specialists.
• Innovation integration: Introduce emerging technologies to enhance network efficiency.
• Client collaboration: Partner with clients to design and deliver tailored network solutions.
• Performance monitoring: Establish KPIs and ensure continuous improvement of network systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in enterprise networking, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in Cisco, Microsoft, and Linux networking environments.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, virtualization, and cybersecurity frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Oman’s IT compliance and regulatory standards is an advantage.
