Corporate Planning Executive (Legal) | FMCG

Our client is a global industry leader in baby care products with a strong market presence in Singapore and the ASEAN region.

Location: Bendemeer (Near MRT)

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:45pm

Job Responsibilities

• Support corporate compliance, internal audits, and risk management activities
• Review and maintain contracts, policies, SOPs, guidelines, and other corporate documents
• Coordinate internal and external audits, follow up on findings, and ensure timely submission of supporting documents
• Monitor compliance requirements and support staff training and awareness initiatives
• Coordinate corporate projects with internal departments, regional teams, external legal counsel, and HQ in Japan
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for management and corporate planning activities
• Support process improvement initiatives and other ad-hoc projects assigned by Management

Requirements

• Degree in Law, Business Administration, Corporate Governance, Business Management, or related discipline
• 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or a Japanese company environment
• Experience in corporate compliance, internal audits, ISO / JSOX, or related processes is highly preferred
• Strong documentation, research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential matters
