How you’ll make an impact:
- Strong understanding of Direct and Indirect Cash Flow Methods;
- Month-End Closing support;
- Trial Balance analysis and reconciliation
- Prepare and maintain Cash Flow Forecasts, ensuring accuracy and visibility of liquidity positions.
- Perform cash flow analysis using both Direct and Indirect Cash Flow Methods;
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.;
- Review, analyze, and reconcile Trial Balance accounts;
- Partner with Finance stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting;
- Support financial planning, reporting, and forecasting processes;
- Identify and drive process improvement opportunities within cash flow and reporting activities.
Skills that make your work successful:
- 6–8 years of experience in Finance (e.g. Financial Analyst, R2R, FP&A or similar roles);
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
- Fluent in English (B2-C1);
- Advanced Excel (macros, pivot tables, etc.);
- Solid knowledge of accounting and financial systems (e.g. SAP, BPC);
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams;
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to handle large volumes of data accurately;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- Advanced SAP BPC knowledge;
- CIMA qualification is an advantage.
