We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Contract Administration Coordinator to support our Waikato Greenspace operations. Based in Ngāruawāhia or surrounding areas, this is a pivotal role responsible for coordinating administrative, financial, and operational support functions that underpin successful contract delivery.
You’ll be a key team player, working across job management systems, customer interactions, reporting, and subcontractor coordination to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. This role also offers the opportunity to contribute to quality auditing and contract improvement initiatives.
