A RACE. ONE SANDBAG. HOW MANY STORIES CAN YOU FIND?

HUNTR GAMES is looking for a Content Producer / Shooter who knows how to turn simple moments into content people actually want to watch.

This is not a traditional videographer role.

We care about cinematic perfection but we also care about:

Story. Personality. Humour. Emotion. Competition. Timing.

You should know how to spot a moment, direct real people, ask the right questions and keep filming when something interesting happens.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Shoot TikToks, Reels, Shorts and social-first content
• Turn creative briefs into entertaining concepts
• Direct athletes, creators and everyday people
• Capture challenges, interviews, reactions, BTS and spontaneous moments
• Find stories, personalities and content opportunities during shoots
• Batch-produce multiple pieces of content from every session
• Work closely with our Content Strategist and Editor
• Create fast, reactive content during HUNTR events

WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

• Understands social media and what makes people stop scrolling
• Has strong storytelling instincts
• Is creative, resourceful and fast
• Is comfortable directing and talking to strangers
• Understands Malaysian humour and social culture
• Can shoot with smartphones and mirrorless/DSLR cameras
• Takes initiative instead of waiting to be told what to film

You do not need film-school qualifications, expensive equipment or a massive portfolio.

We care more about one thing:

Can you make people want to watch?
