About the Role

Urbix Design Studio is looking for a creative and energetic Content Creator \& Videographer to join our team and handle day-to-day social media content creation.

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys shooting reels, capturing behind-the-scenes moments, creating UGC-style content, and basic video editing. You will work closely with our interior design and site teams to capture the real journey behind our projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot and create Instagram Reels, short-form videos and daily social media content
• Visit ongoing interior design and fit-out sites to capture progress and behind-the-scenes footage
• Capture team meetings, client interactions, material selections and office activities
• Create engaging UGC-style and trend-based content
• Shoot before/after and project transformation videos
• Perform basic video editing, transitions, text overlays, music and captions
• Follow current Instagram/TikTok trends and suggest new content ideas
• Organize raw footage and maintain a regular content library
• Coordinate with the design and marketing team for daily/weekly content

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience; talented freshers are welcome to apply
• Comfortable shooting using a smartphone and/or camera
• Basic knowledge of CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar editing software
• Good understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form content
• Creative eye for angles, composition, lighting and storytelling
• Comfortable travelling to project sites across Dubai
• Proactive and confident in capturing spontaneous day-to-day content
• Interest in interior design, architecture or lifestyle content is an advantage

What We’re Looking For

We are not looking for someone with extensive experience. We are looking for someone who is creative, active, willing to learn and genuinely enjoys creating content.

Portfolio / Instagram / sample reels are preferred when applying.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
