JR Real Estate LLC is hiring a skilled Videographer \& Video Editor to shoot and produce high-quality real estate video content — property tours, promotional reels, and listing videos. The ideal candidate has strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, experience with AI-generated captions, and a solid understanding of real estate video production. You should be a strong storyteller with an eye for visuals, fluent in English, and hold a valid driving license to travel to property/site locations.

Key Responsibilities • Shoot high-quality video content of properties, including interiors, exteriors, and surrounding amenities • Edit and produce polished real estate videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects • Generate accurate AI-based captions/subtitles for all video content • Apply motion graphics, transitions, color grading, and sound design to enhance video quality • Maintain consistent branding, style, and quality across all video output • Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to understand content requirements, timelines, and property priorities • Travel to various property and project sites for shoots as required • Manage and maintain videography equipment (cameras, gimbals, drones, audio gear, etc.) • Deliver edited videos on time for use across social media, listings, and marketing campaigns • Stay updated on real estate video trends, AI editing tools, and industry best practices

Key Skills \& Competencies • Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, specifically for real estate video editing • Experience using AI tools to generate captions/subtitles for video content • Solid videography and cinematography skills, including framing, lighting, and camera operation • Creative storytelling ability tailored to real estate and property marketing • Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal • Strong time management skills to handle multiple shoots and deadlines
