Favoloso Espresso Bar + Deli is looking for a full-time Content Creator to lead and grow our digital presence and support the continued expansion of the Favoloso brand.

We are seeking a creative and experienced marketing professional who understands digital storytelling, social media strategy, content production, and brand growth. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening Favoloso’s online presence, customer engagement, and product awareness across multiple platforms.

This role is focused on content creation, digital marketing, and brand development, with a strong emphasis on supporting the growth of Favoloso’s pre-made frozen meal distribution service throughout local markets and surrounding communities.

About the Role

As Favoloso’s Content Creator, you will be responsible for managing and executing the business’s digital content and social media strategy across all online platforms.

You will work closely with management to create engaging campaigns, promote products and events, grow online engagement, and maintain a strong and consistent brand identity.

A key focus of this role will also be assisting with the continued growth and marketing of Favoloso’s frozen meal service, helping increase product awareness and support expanded business distribution opportunities.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation \& Digital Marketing

• Manage Favoloso’s Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and website content
• Create, film, edit, and publish high-quality photo and video content
• Develop and maintain monthly content calendars
• Capture and promote products, campaigns, events, and brand storytelling content
• Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging digital strategies
• Monitor analytics and optimize content performance across platforms
• Engage with customers online and maintain consistent brand messaging
• Collaborate with management on campaigns, launches, promotions, partnerships, and events
• Assist in growing Favoloso’s online presence and audience engagement

Brand Growth \& Distribution

• Support the marketing and expansion of Favoloso’s frozen meal service
• Assist in building awareness throughout local markets and surrounding communities
• Collaborate on strategies to increase distribution opportunities and retail presence
• Create promotional campaigns and content highlighting products and brand identity

About You

We’re looking for someone creative, proactive, reliable, and genuinely passionate about content creation, digital marketing, and brand growth.

You will have:

• Minimum 3–5 years experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand
• Strong experience creating short-form video content for Instagram and TikTok
• Experience using editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of social media trends, engagement strategies, and platform algorithms
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics
• A proactive attitude and creative mindset
• Experience developing social media strategies and growing online engagement

Preferred but not essential:

• Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, media, or business
• Experience in photography, branding, influencer marketing, or digital advertising
• Experience growing brand engagement through organic content
• Experience in product marketing, wholesale outreach, or local business partnerships
