We also build high-quality and modern residential properties across Greater Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga and Waiheke.
We plan to build more houses in the future and we are now looking for a professional project manager to join us.
Key responsibilities
End-toend Management: Oversee the full Aluminium lifecycle, managing workshop capacities, installation processes, and material procurement.
Technical Oversight: Review blueprints, CAD files, and 3D visualizations to ensure design feasibility and accuracy.
Project Controls: Use software (POWERFAB) to track labour hours, forecast costs, and manage complex logistics for oversized loads.
Compliance \& safety: Maintain strict adherence to AS/NZS standards and Worksafe regulations, ensuring our certification requirements are met.
Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary contact for architects, engineers, and site labours, expertly managing scope changes and "on-the-tool" problem-solving.
What you'll bring:
Industry experience: At least 10 years working experience.
Qualifications: a degree in Construction Management
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Soft skills: A proactive problem-solver who can negotiate with contractors and lead a team under high-pressure deadlines.
